I bought this a while back. I think I bought it at Nazareth bookstore, at the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. That would have been a long time ago, because the last retreat I went on was October of 2006.
This was filled with people's personal accounts of encounters with the Blessed Virgin Mary. Some involved healing, some just "simple" encounters. Some stories were extraordinary and others were of the guess-you-had-to-be-there variety. All of them were inspiring and uplifting.
