When I looked back at my calendar and saw that the week of June 2 I finished reading the book What Would Barbra Do?, I could not even guess what the book was about.
Quick check of Amazon... Oh yeah! I liked this one. It's another girl memoir, but not "girl meets god", but snarky girl shares her memories of childhood and her love of Broadway musicals. This was a fun book. The memoir is a genre I, obviously, like. The subject matter had me wanting to rent a bunch of these musicals.
Can't really say much else about it. It's been a year since I read it and, while it was enjoyable, it was fluffy.
